Is the new address Hartford CT, instead of Atlanta for filing 4th quarter 2012 941's. That's what my software is showing, but couldn't find anywhere else.

I noticed the change also. Interestingly the zip code helps identify whether it is Form 940 or Form 941 (the last three digits of the zip code are either 940 or 941)Comment

I caught the change too. For as many different IRS emails I get you would have thought the change would have been worthy of inclusion in one of them.In other words, a democratic government is the only one in which those who vote for a tax can escape the obligation to pay it.
