Any one out there use TaxWorks. if so are you able to use the program in its available form. I am haveing major problems getting program to work in any way.

Though I don't use TaxWorks, several friends do, and they have all commented that they are having lots of trouble getting the software to work. They have been told that their tech people are working overtime to get the software fixed.Jiggers, EAComment

I just loaded the 2012 ATX and a pop-up said "CCH is encountering a problem and needs to close....etc., etc." Why, oh why, did they have to "fix" it when it wasn't even broken?Originally posted by JSLATER

As I understand it ATX had to fix their software because of new IRS efile requirements.
TaxWorks may or may not be the same situation.Comment

I have had problems with Taxworks also, and getting thru to support is almost impossible. Had issues last year and have been thinking about making a change.
They don't even put you on hold, just state that they are having high call volume, call back later.
