    To our good friends at Taxbook for proceeding with publishing this year's thicker edition which arrived today via UPS.

    In spite of the changes they plowed ahead and will issue addenda later I'm sure.

      got mine yesterday and i will be watching for the updates soon after our Congress get off their fat butts!
