Need recommendations for tax course for new employee.Will only be doing simple returns under supervision?Hope to train to be manager in a few years.

Check with your software provider. CCH has good courses for staff, for instance. -

I have been looking at The Inocme Tax School and have heard some good things about it and am considering it for the future. They have multiple courses so that it can be broken down into segments which may be a better fit than the single comprehensive course from National Tax Training School - http://www.theincometaxschool.com/Lennox C.
