He did not give us a final write up.He had to talk to his supervisor.We had a different preparer audited last January they left 02/06/2012 we feel no return prior to this date should be audited.We fixed all problems that audit found but reported we had done over 1300 returns so far that we could not fix the problems on.We are waiting for him to get back to us.

Ohhhhhh! - Obviously too soon to receive a response for the Audit Results that you just had - but of course many of us regulars on the "Board" are watching and waiting for the Results ---- or what other "hoops" you might have to "jump thru

If I read your last post correctly, you are stating to IRS, problems fixed from the last audit period and/or a preparer that left, which ran through approx Feb 6, 2012, and DO not look at anything prior to that date?

We fixed all problems that audit found but reported we had done over 1300 returns so far that we could not fix the problems on.

So issues after 2/6/2012 you will still be under scrutiny for the 2011 filing period?
