    Sale of vacant lot in FL

    Clients are OH residents. Sold a vacant lot in FL for a huge gain. The gain is taxable to OH, right?

      Fl does not have a State tax so I would think he has to pay it in OH

          It's not a question Ohio will tax it. The question is how many ways.
