When does a POA "stale date"?
I have a POA dated May 2012 that was not filed at CAF, will CAF still accept it or should I obtain a current signature form dated Sept 2012.

I believe there's a 90 day period from the date of signature to be effective

If you want to know for sure call the POA line and ask or, fax it to them...if it is too old they will send it back and you can get a new one signed and submitted. I submit all of mine when I get them signed...that way I am sure it is on my CAF list.
