    Extension Due Date to file Form 1065 and Form 1120S

    Since 9-15-2012 is a Saturday, so the extension due date to file Form 1065 or Form 1120S is 9-17-2012. Am I correct?

    Sorry to have to ask such a simple question. I feel like I cannot get my brain to work now.
