    Form 1065, Partners K-1 - part 2 line i

    New client. 2011 K-1 (form 1065) line i in part II "what type of enity is this partner". Previous preparer printed on the line is "LLC -Corporation".

    The partner himself is neither and never was. He is an individual.

    How a big deal is this. Can it just be changed to individual on the 2012 Partnership return or do I need to amend past 1065's?
