Worst Customer Support Ever
Was using H&R Block tax software (yeah, i know, don't ask).
Anyhow i had a problem. There was an error and i didn't know what screen to correct it in.
After lots of talk with phone support i got this....
"Go to the beginning of the return an got throught the whole thing very carefully and see where it is...."
What the... !!!
Eventually i found it on my own, but NOT how this kid told me to look for it.
