    Tech Question - Re: new laptop Win 8

    I understand Win 8 is suppose to be launching in the fall or winter. I see new laptops are already advertising upgrades to Win 8 when it becomes available. Does anyone think new laptops with Win 7 will decrease in price when Win 8 starts to become the new OS on new laptops?

    generally no.. the windows OS still costs the same.. you might find an closeout model discounted.. otherwise.. they will pull all win 7 pcs.. They will not sell win 7 and 8 side-by-side (again, other than a closeout model).
