I have a client, Michigan LLC being taxed as an S Corp. that owns a mobile home park in Indiana. What tax returns will he need to file? I assume he will file an Indiana Individual return but I did not know if you had a franchise tax in Indiana. Is there a Corporate return that also needs to be filed? Thanks in advance for your help.
