You're right, Joan. I lost the train of thought and mis-remembered a renter trashing the place, but an unhappy owner going through forclosure is still someone other than Sandy's client. Her client isn't voluntarily adding a touch or two, but is forced to complete the now incomplete kitchen. Agree this would be 27.5 years.
