Anybody know of a form or procedure that a taxpayer can file when not provided with a fed id# from a daycare provider that went out of business?

For the state of Florida it can be found by accessing Corporation on the internet and typing in the name . The ID # just pops up.

If you are unable to provide the info use the word"UNABLE".;however the return cannot be efiled.You can also use REFUSED and EXEMPT depending on your particular situation
