Federal return = Form 1065, with Schedule F
Does the LLC have to file a West Virginia income tax return?
Or something that resembles an income tax return, but goes by a different name? (e.g., commercial activity tax, gross receipts tax, occupational tax, fertilizer consumption tax, etc.)
Or does it stay off the grid completely as a pass-through entity?
FYI The LLC does have a WV sales tax account, and an employer withholding account.
