I read instructions when I get lost

Ask my kids, I was putting somthing together last summer and they suggested I read instructions first but I went and started to assemble then shortly thereafter I had to read instructions.

I called AK and instructed me to go to line 21 on form 1040 into "other income" and in the list of there it was: Alaska Permanent Fund and I double click to open up a 1099-misc.

no form to use. it just goes on line 21. just ordinary income
