Tweaking Partners name on P'Ship

Tweaking Partners name on P'Ship..... 1 Parnters name went from "First Name Last Name" in 2010 to "Generic Trust Company, Custodian for First Name Last Name" for 2011.

Any special forms and/or process I need to use? What about tracking?

Might need to ammend articles with your sec. of state, depends on state, or you may be able to change that on the annual report if your state has one. I was told by a lawyer that the operating agreement is what you go by as far as partners, and %'s. That is the extent of my knowledge....hope this is some help to you.

This is a LLC in AZ.

This is an LLC in AZ so NO annual report for its not a C-Corp. My only concern is will adding "Generic Trust Company, Custodian" to the front of the existing partners name with partners SS# which also didnt change, be rejeced via e-filing?
