I have an Ark NR.

Last year this return had to be paper filed because it was Ark NR. Has that changed or was I mistaken in the first place? Do I have to be registered with the state to Efile a return to them from out of state?

If I decide to extend this return can I do THAT electronically or does it also have to be done on paper?

Arkansas non-resident is not eligible for efile as a state only. My understanding is that it may be efiled if filed with the federal return and that Arkansas will accept efiling if you are set up with the IRS without you doing anything special.

I believe that PY is not eligible for efile.
