April 4 refund late?

I have a client who's return was accepted 3/26 and the refund was scheduled to be direct deposited on April 4. She hasn't gotten it yet, the IRS website says the 10th is when she'll get it. Do you all know of refunds for April 4 being late?

I gave up trying to use the date the IRS says the refund should be there.

I tell my clients they will get it when it gets there.

Welcome to tax season 2012. More refunds then not were not on time.
