    8949 for trust?

Working on trust that had stock sales in 2011. I do not find the 8949 form available. Am I correct in that these will continue to be reported on schedule D without the 8949 that is now required on the 1040?

Only in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut".

Thanks - I was just going to bump this back up and saw your reply. I use Drake and that is all I could find, but I have been known to look right at something and miss it, so I try to check.

Yes, ATX has the old Schedule D-1041. No 8949.
