    Disabled?

    What constitutes "pernanently and totally disabled" on the EIC worksheet?

    My client's daughter was diagnosed with AIDS and will never work again.

      Page 242 actually defined the disability requirement for the dependent. THANK YOU! I should have known to go there. My client was with me, and my brain shorted out.
