    NC state refunds?

    Anyone have any idea about the delay on the NC state refunds? Are they out of money again?

      I tell my clients if they receive their NC refund prior to Labor Day they should consider it a positive.

      Aside from being out of money, NCDOR is also very creative about finding other ways to grab a potential refund.
