Workers comp part of Soc. Sec Benefits

I have a client who has Soc. Benefits which is his only income: Ok that is not taxable however it is broken down as follows:

    Paid Directly 26,706
    Medicare B - 923.20
    Works Comp Offset - 20,893.90
    Attorney Fee's 6,000

    Includes:

    2008 - 1,3974.70
    2009 - 17,708.40
    2010 - 6,776.40

Obviously he had a disability claim. I am assuming this not taxable since he has not other income involved to make Soc. Security taxable.

I am in state of PA

    Thanks

    Brian

Confirm the 2008 amount. And what figure is in Box 5? If the SS benefit is large enough, some of it can be taxable.
