    Form 8332 benefits

It is my understanding that the non-custodial parent is only entitled to the exemption and child tax credit ( if qualified). All other credits i.e. HOH, EIC, dependent care, etc. can only be claimed by the custodial parent. Thanks in advance

    Is there a specific question?

The non-custodial parent also gets the education credits. Medical deductions, which would rarely satisfy the 7.5% floor, can be taken by whichever parent paid them.

Yes it is. Except for the "etc." part. That is too vague. As Gary mentioned, Education credits go with the dependency exemption.
