    Treasury 1099INT?

Treasury 1099INT in regards to Series H HH Bonds. Form shows interest paid for the year of 3280 and 2nd column showing interest accrued 54,000. Anyone know if they are explicitly telling us that the 54K also needs to be included. Or if it is just information furnished as to the interest accrued on old EE bonds exchanged for the H or HH bonds. Or do we need more detailed information from the client as to if the bonds matured and or were sold, etc. Personally I have never had one of these. Another associate just got one.

you need to report the interest for the year as accrued interest...the total accrued is just for the TP's info
Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.
