I am doing a partnership return that started in 2011. They just bought land for 40,000, that is the only activity the llc had. I'm not sure whether to put the three members as llc managers or llc other members. Is there any guidelines on this? I know there has to be atleast one llc manager to be able to sign the return. SE is not in issue in this case becasue the llc had no revenue.
