Clients came in this morning. Asked what happened last year between me and the gal they referred to me....

I didn't know....

Said she wasn't coming back to me...

Why??

Apparently, she was a PITA, and when she left, I texted my best friend about what a royal PITA my last client was...

I told my clients how bad I felt, and they said~~~ pish posh, she IS A PITA and we are GLAD YOU CALLED HER OUT!

Once in a while, I put notes in the cell to the right of the client name in my tax program. Year before last, I put "OMG" in the cell to the right of a guy because he was a royal pain, too. Just amusing myself, I guess.

For some reason, I pulled up his return on the computer when he picked up, and he saw it. He is a preacher. He didn't say anything. Maybe he thought I was praying for him, because he is still coming back.
