    K1 to 6781

I have 4 K1's with different totals for line 11 code c which goes on the 6781, and I have to enter it manally. Thank you Taxwise. Have I said it today? Your K1 entries stink.. But I digress....

I looked at the instructions, and I hope I am right when I say I can pool all of the K1's on one line, netting all the losses in the first column and the gains in the second column.

    Am I right?

The way I read the instructions, I think you list each K-1 separately on line 1, which has multiple lines for you to enter each one. Then the totals are netted on line 2.

      Houston, we have a problem.

Not enough lines for data entry.

Should not present any kind of a problem.

My software has a simple link and you open a supporting worksheet that has room for around 30 additional K1 entries for line 1 and/or 10 of Form 6781. I assume you could keep on rolling in additional increments of 30 for some more K-1s.

I've used TaxWise for 12 years, and that's exactly the link I was looking for. It ain't there. No way to link to additional information.

          I'll contact Taxwise.
