    Make sure you watch the video after reading the article. I wonder if these preparers have PTIN's? I hope the IRS criminal division closes this place down soon!

      A criminal investigation takes time to gather evidence. They will go through all returns the company prepared, interview the clients, obtain statements and documents to prove the violations and may even shut the company down while the investigation is underway.
      Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.
