Some churches are installing ATM's in their lobby or gathering space to allow people to make contributions and other sorts of payments electronically on-site. Some of these machines might also dispense cash just like any ATM.
I think an ATM receipt alone would not be sufficient, but if it's a receipt from an on-site ATM which recognizes it as a contribution, it would be OK. A receipt which simply shows a cash withdrawal coupled with an assertion that the cash was placed in the offering plate probably would not fly, even if the receipt were generated by an on-site ATM.
