990 and backup withholding

    990 and backup withholding

    I have an exempt org which received book royalties. The payor witheld backup federal taxes. Has anyone had this situation & what form would be used to show the refund? There is no place on the 990 to show fed taxes paid let alone a refund line.

          Thanx ted m. I was going with the 990-T also. I just can't get Lacerte to generate the form. Guess I will call Lacerte for assistance.
