ProSeries users & new watermark option

I have a Lexmark pure laser printer and I have it set to the lowest (300dpi) and the watermark that prints "DO NOT FILE" at an angle on every page completely blanks out the data on the form under those letters. I called PS support and they replied no adjustments within PS that I need to adjust my printer. As I said, I am down to its lowest setting at 300dpi.

In the beginning I started to use the Watermark at default setting with my HP Laserjet 1200. I still could read everything printed on the return. However, I decided to not use it, at least not with most of my clients. Uses too much ink and I was fine the ten years prior.

I'm with you - I was hoping it would just watermark the signature areas.

I love it because I don't ever print a client copy. I print the filed copy for the client so they get exactly the forms that the IRS gets. Having this option when printing means I don't have to run the return through acrobat to put a watermark on it for the client copy. Saves me time
Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.
