    retirement savings contribution credit

If client filed M-J in 2008 209 2010 and now files M-S. When I look back at the prior
years do I not have to count distributions her husband made in those years?

you file separately you must use any distributions he made when you filed joint. I cant find where I ready this any HELP would be appreciated.

Look at the 8880 instructions. I think you are right.

How on earth could he have "made" a distribution?
But he could have "received" a distribution.
