Unclaimed Depreciation-Form 3115

    I am filing the 3115 for depreciation not taken, and I think I have it all in order.

    If I sign as the preparer, it says I need to attach a 2848, but I am not an EA. Am I allowed to attach an 8821 and file it as the preparer?

    This form is dern exhausting. and I'm not even sure it is exactly correct.
