    Sale of Business IRS Form to be filed ?

    What's the Form # for seller and purchaser to file related to sale of a business related to Goodwill? No assets were sold just Goodwill & a covenant not to compete. It's Not the From 4797 no assetss are involved. Thanks & God bless... Frank
