    Tuition and fees deduction.

    There is no limit on the number of years, but is there a 4,000. per taxpayer limit.

    Yes, the limit is a $4,000 deduction per return. See page 12-4 in TTB for details.

          Ah, I added a word in my head that wasn't there which made it sound like a statement. Reading it slowly helped, but someone already has answered. Thanks!

            I did the same thing initially and said ...what? Then I went back and read again. There is not a word missing, but the brain transposes things since the question mark is not there.
