    P of A

    Starting in March 2012, to get P of A for a married couple, a 2848 has to be filed for each of them. I assume that we can still do a joint Form 8821. Anyone disagree?

      Form 8821

      The current version of Form 8821 has a revision date of October 2011.

      The instructions state that a "spouse or former spouse must submit a separate Form 8821 to designate an appointee."
