Bonus Depreciation and line 38 of NC

    Bonus Depreciation and line 38 of NC

    I know that 85% of the bonus depreciation taken must be added back to line 38 of NC state. My question is spreading that out over the five years, I'm thinking maybe NC is reading that the 5 year spread starts in 2012??? The wording is confusing, so I'm not sure and starting in 2012 would make no sense!

      Since it's not clear, I'm thinking spread out 5 starting with 2011??????
