    Employee Biz Exp

Have a RN that works for a Group of Doctors, the Doctors requested that the Employees- learn Spanish or become more fluent in Spanish due to the patients that they are providing care for.

Employee - ordered out the Rosetta Stone Learning Language Software

If this is a requirement from the Employer, it should qualify for a Biz Expense under 2106, correct?

Does she have something in writing from the docs just for the record?
Believe nothing you have not personally researched and verified.

Agree. She needs to have a letter from the doctors saying that this is required for her job. If audited, she will have to produce one.

What does this software cost? And will it survive the 2% haircut on Schedule A, and does she have enough to itemize?
