Student was in 2nd years of colleger. Took the AOC in 2010. Only took 1 course in 2011. Can she take the LTC in 2011 and continue for the next 3 years on the AOC?

Nothing says that she HAS to take the best credit available. Nothing wrong in preserving it for a later year.

Not required for LLC.

next three years??? The Hope or Am Opportunity credit as they now call it ends 12/12.
