    1065 efile

Have a 1065 to file. Taxpayer does not want to efile. Must I, the preparer have him sign something that he wishes to opt out of efile for form 1065.

    Thanks

There was a discussion on this last month with no clear outcome. It is my understanding that only 1040's and 1041's fall under "our" e-file mandate. Entities have their own thresholds and the dollar amount is rather high.
