I generally very much like the web cd which gives me the 1040 and SB books on my computer for roughly the same price as the two printed books with the convenience of automatic updating and the convenience of not having to lug the books around. If my feeling were NOT generally positive I would take it up with the company privately rather than risk leading others to be dissatisfied by posting on the forum the company provides. However, I do have three minorc complaints and I'd like to see if others agree.
1. If the All States Book were on the CD I'd be willing to see the cost of the printed book and a bit more added to the cost of the CD.
2. Instead of wanting to update every time I use it, I'd like the program to detect internet connection and available system resources and download automatically.
3. I wish the CD and the Tax Library had on their first pages links to this board the way the CDs from 2010 and before do.
