    aoc credit for graduate students

    I thought at the IRS conference this year the speaker said graduate student qualify for aoc credit. is that correct? ofcourse as long as they have not used the credit for four years. I have a client studying her MBA. she has never used the credit before as she got her undergrad in another country. I am wondering if she qualifies for AOC.

    If they have completed the first four years of post-secondary education, they cannot take the AOC.
