    NY and PA practitioner phones

I believe that a year or so ago someone posted practitioner phone numbers for NY and PA, but I can't seem to find the posts. Does anybody still have them? Also, does either state require a separate e-file application?

Here's a number for PA EROs, but I don't know of any other practitioner line. "Help Desk . . . 717-787-4017"
