    Acknowledgment Time-Turn-around

    EF'd a return about 10 minutes ago and it has been accepted so that must be record time? Federal-not state.

      Curious: Accepted by the ERO or accepted by the IRS (with appropriate DCN provided)??

          IRS is hitting their goal of 1 hour acknowledgement on the returns we have efiled. Refunds are being deposited about six days later, not yet hitting the four day goal.

              I've had some MeF returns accepted in 5 mins last year.. pretty quick!

                  I've seen 2-3 minutes. It depends on how busy they are.
