Would Wages paid from a LLC-(members are parent & grandparent) to a 16 year be subject to FUTA?

I don't think the LLC would qualify with a grandparent as a member.

Per Publication 15: Child employed by parent (or partnership in which each partner is a parent of the child) are exempt until age 21.

      Form 8832

How has the LLC elected to file?

If it is being filed as a proprietorship, the answer is "No."

Could the child be FUTA exempt under any other entity elected by the LLC?

still, to be exempt, child must be that of parents only; not grandparents.
