    Practitioner Priority Service Computer Problems

    I just got off the phone with PPS and a client. The service is having computer problems and could determine that my client owes for the year in question because he got audited and lost EIC but cannot access the details of why he lost or whether the case can be re opened. I was told to call back on or after 1/3/12. Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

    Yes, I did today. The message said they couldn't answer everything so I didn't even try talking to anyone. Thanks for the date - I'll wait to try later.

      This is the time of year when the AUR unit pretty much shuts down to reset for the upcoming year. During the reset, they really can't answer much since the system is shut down.
