    Bush Tax Cuts expiration

Are both of these acts scheduled to expire on 12/31/2011?

Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 (EGTRRA)
Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003 (JGTRRA)

A quick look at Wikipedia shows they were originally scheduled to expire after 2010, but that the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010 (presumably TRUIRJCA, though I've never seen that abbreviation) extended them two years, though 12/31/2012.

I avoid trying to relate taxes to the corresponding acts, because it's too difficult to remember which change goes with which bill. For example, the adoption credit was also set to expire after 2010, but it was the Affordable Care Act of 2010 that not only extended the credit through 2011 (not 2012) but made it refundable.

(Note that I used Wikipedia because it was fast and easy, not because it's reliable. For example, it's the IRS that attributes the adoption credit changes to the Affordable Care Act at their FAQ, but Wikipedia attributes it to the Health Care and Economic Reconciliation Act of 2010, which was signed a week later.)
