    Oops - Late Public Service Announcement

    For all of you that forgot this: The 940 FUTA tax rate was lowered after 06/30/11 to .6% from .8%. I was doing my TTB CPE and said Oops forgot that.

      Forgot that also..........Thanks, I'll make it up in the 4th qtr...............

          I wonder if Congress is going to reinstate it, retroactively before the end of the year?
