    E-file, W2 and 1099's

    What software do you use to transmitt electronically youe W2's and 1099's?
    I have approximately 10 W2's and 10 1099's.

    Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

      My own, QB since my payroll and accounting are in QB. Some of my clients also transmit via QB. When I have a few to send for a client, I look for a free or cheap online service. I've used W-2 eXpress and FileYourTaxes in past years.

          E-filing W-2 & 1099

          I use Drake software for both W-2s and 1099s. The 1099s go through the IRS FIRE system which requires numerous IDs, passwords, and other security which you need to write down and keep since no on could remember it all.

                  ATX will e-file both W-2s and 1099s as well. Very easy.
